If i were the Pangea buyers, i will get my lawyer to sue OSK.
From what i understand, a verbal promise is also considered legalize from the point of laws even though not in black and white.
If not, i dun mind to spend some money to adv their great job (change in plan) in newspaper and property magazine to alert all the future buyers to improve their reputation too.

Pangeae buyers, i think you guys need to gather to show some power to OSK else enjoy being slaughter by the developer piece by piece.

I am all in to support the buyers group. It really leaves a bad taste if osk do change the concept which they used to entice buyers. This brings into question their ethics in delivering other than what is promised in the master plan. I feel all of us buyers need to form a group to at least ensure we are not taken for a ride. Is there any lawyer amongst us buyers?

Come, let's all gather to discuss about this, preferably over the weekend, to discuss on the type of actions that would be best for us. Will certainly tarnish the image of the developer if we bring it to the media. Can do it like the way the VW owners did when they were unhappy about the poor after sales service by VW.

I guess most of us as based in KL/Selangor as opposed to Cyber.

Who else is in?

But, what's wrong to help the developer adv to public n alerting potential buyers that what osk promise diff to what they delivered- changing master plan after sold out earlier phases. It's a fact if develops changed it n we just telling the truth.
Buat Malu? Lol. Then slowly enjoy being slaughter piece by piece lor. Better do something now before osk start selling the new phase.

JamesPond, surrender without a fight? I agree we don't stand a chance as individuals, but we certainly can do something as a group. We need to channel our grouses to the right person in charge at OSK. This is a blatant ignorance of earlier buyers, some who may have put in their life savings to purchase this. The boutique hotel was used a a big selling pitch to entice people to buy. Now it is not going to be there, the building facade will change, the density increased, the wow factor diminished. OSK certainly don't deserve the awards they have won by making such changes ! Unless OSK can convince us this change of plan is beneficial for us buyers. I'm one of those buyers who buys into their 'grand' master plan, not buying into a super high density project! We need to act as a group, and for a start, let's group together and let OSK knows we have this big group of buyers here championing for us.

Not to add oil to fire, just to inform they did the same thing to their development in Sutera Damansara, which is in Damansara Damai.

Until today you can see the same thing, plan for housing area is greenery and fenced. Then no fence, the greenery become children playground. For the 3rd phases houses, no fence and guard house made of roof materials.

After that, low cost apartment suddenly approved to be build.

Road to Sri Damansara until today no news when they sold that time promised 2 exit verbally. Confirm colder than water already.

Pls inform all ur kawan2. Kasi blacklist the developer. Cannot harap one.

I just received OSK email reply to my complaint few days back. They say they are studying the feasibility for the lifestyle retail & hotel. At the same time, they are also gathering market feedback pertaining to these two proposition.

I think we really need to voice out our dissatisfaction to them!

Do you think that their sister company, PJD would be doing the same? Look at their Youcity projects, seems that the plan has been changing now and then. Have to warn for all their group of companies.

Tamarind opposite Pangaea Cyberjaya has a confirmed retailplex and shops and SOFO where some people can do office, residential or B&B concept (like hotel) plus Seksan's iconic gardens.
