Guess once D Pulze is opened, I will drop by Cyberjaya again.

I was there last weekend.

Yep most of the smaller units, 450sq, 650 sq ft is sold out.

Still have the duplex 900+ sq ft and 3-bedroom 900+ sq ft but unfortunately, there is no showroom for the 3-bedroom unit.

To me, makes no sense to buy Studio Units in Cyberjaya. Vicinity of KLCC yes.

The 450 sq ft, also not cheap, RM300K++ and the 650 sq ft at RM500K++

For RM500K++, I can get a 1,000 st condo in Kajang or even an older DSL.

I suppose most ppl buy for Investment but there is so many other bigger condos in Cyberjaya.

As for the duplex, its not practical as

1) The small bedroom downstairs is more like a Library / Reading Room. Doubt any child will want to sleep there growing up in an Aquarium, all Glass Doors

2) U cannot change the Lights or Curtains by yourself due to the High / Double Volume Ceiling.

These units are good for weekend stay and not for everyday living.

Sad day that MY Properties are heading the Showbox way even in a place like Cyberjaya.

I believe when Panga'ea finishes it will have a high quality finishing and become a commercial hub for cyberjaya people and surrounding area. The strength is on convenience, self sustainability, modern lifestyle, and supported by MNC companies (middle to high income earners)

Well, this is the picture I captured yesterday when visiting Cyberjaya.
OSK Panga'ea is surrounded by The ARC, Mutiara Ville, Cyberia Smarthome, and Tamarind Square. I also like Tamarind Square, the concept and the plan is good to support the area.

It takes time to see the overall development finishes, however the plan, concept, location, and future population is good for this one. nod.gif

Tamarind? the name sounds weird in Cantanoese. haha

Haha, between I like the conceptual design of Pangeae, at least its SOHOs are seem like "stay-able office lot", not like the others development, the so called SOHO, SOFO, SOVO, no matter which angle you view them, it is actually just a residential unit but bear on the name of home OFFICE.

I also surprised with the duplex design! Their door for the lower floor are transparent blush.gif no privacy leh...how to change clothes if like this.. shocking.gif ahhh, maybe that is designed for kids who is under 6 years old..
But, very impress with the upper floor design. 2 wardrobes facing each other and have a mirror between both wardrobe. So, husband and wife , they have own wardrobe and no more argue.

I prefer Solstices's duplex design, if really want to compare. thumbup.gif

If im not mistaken tamarind tree in malay is called pokok assam right? Heheh

The leaf is popularly used for malay dishes...

Because it the official website, previously what I heard is a hotel, but now change to residential suite.

Too many hotel...oredi got tanya hotel@primera, tune hotel, shaftsbury residence hotel and citadines...cyberjaya is not tourist spot....no theme park oso...

Looks like they have changed the hotel to residential suites @ Kepler. Price seems to have dropped from the Eclipse pricing, which was about RM360k onwards fro the studio unit. I hope it's because the design is now much simpler with no furnishing and not because the property market is slow / in a decline. ohmy.gif

But without the hotel i think Pangeae will lost its attraction. The whole concept with a hotel is the reason I bought. No without hotel it seems like just a normal residential development to me... hmm hmm.gif

OSK charged the buyers a sky high premium and claimed that a 5 star hotel c/w shopping mall will be next door.
but now (if it's true), converting hotel to residential block and this is very misleading and unfair to the previous pangaea buyers! How can a big reputatable developer do like this?

If it's true, all pangaea buyers should complain.
