Tower 2 = about 30% sold... building up fast.

As compared to Sat (the green sticker board), someone told me today the Tower 2 is almost.... you know.

2 universities will open in Cyberjaya this year quoting The Edge.

- University of Malaysia Computer Science and Engineering
- Islamic University Malaysia

A foreign university called Herriott-Watt University Malaysia (from Scotland) is under construction in Putrajaya.


Besides that I think Cyberjaya will have:

- A premium outlet
- Malaysia Design Technology Centre
- Autoville automotive support centre


And a new landmark for Cyberjaya???

Reference mall should be something like Paradigm Mall or Setia City Mall.

As far as property investors are concerned, GSC's presence has lifted the values of properties around Tropicana City. Whatever happened to the retailers is the manager's duty to sort out.

Btw you cannot compare Tropicana City and Paradigm Mall, both are managed very differently. You see their tenants profile are different too. Tropicana City is actually suffering from its close proximity to 1 Utama and the retail lots there are much smaller thus they are not capable of bringing notable tenants. And then Tropicana City doesn't have any intention to compete with bigger malls but more acting like a convenience mall for the surrounding.
