Yea.. i saw that change to residential as well.. aiks.. suppose to be integrated development and now becoming residence.. i think last time 1 block is for office tower. Sigh...anyone complaint?

without hotel and office block, it is not basically qualify as fully integrated development. If that is the case, the price per sqft cannot be that high as this would be a normal development, no difference from gem mall beside, which has residence and mall.. disappointed.

Don't think we can do anything, in terms of forcing them to reverse their decision on the residential suites and build the hotel instead, since the brochure is just a 'proposal'. Not stated in our S&P for sure. All we can do is highlight our misery and enlighten potential buyers of OSK products?

Damn lo... kena con kao kao like that. No 5 star hotel, no office block, new block price even cheaper... ppl buy at mutiara also same.. got mall got residence.. some more i see basketball court. i think this one need really stay hotel d, not sure when can get returns. haha..

misleading means misleading, everything propose on high end to other different building.

Of course nothing much the existing buyers can do but I think buyers should at least lodge complain to address the disappointment due to change in master plan.
Whats the diff of buying mutiara ville n pangaea now if there is no hotel?
Who dares to buy osk products in future?
Promise one thing but change to another thing?

I'm 99% sure that it will be different, based on the illustrations that @accetera shared on the previous page. Looks very normal indeed. Well, for those who have vested interest in this project, let's just hope for the best! Previously, I had a plan B, which is to shift in to my unit here if I can't really rent out and in return, rent out my current place since its strategically located in KL.

Now don't have a plan B anymore, as I recently purchased a landed house. Don't think it is possible to rent out that landed house.....

Oh well, I'll make this a weekend getaway resort home then.

I support!! i already lodge a complain at osk customer care, but i am just a small potato. need someone to lead the revolution.

I think we're knocking on the wrong door if we were to complain to OSK. Let's take it up to other authorities, such as the local council or even the housing department (KPKT). Best would be to highlight it in the media? That includes mainstream newspapers and also news on TV.

I m curious.
Can osk kindly explain why changing the hotel into residential pls? How to justify to the previous buyers that their units was sold at that kind of premium because a 5 star hotel will be there but now changed to soho?
Reputation all spoilt over night osk.

sounds a good idea this will make OSK embarrasses to fail deliver product

Yes indeed. Buyers pay high price for the concept. Changing to residential suite makes it no different with other developments in cyber.. disappointed

I feel sorry for the Pangaea buyer even though I m not the buyer.

Really disappointment.. actually last time it did happen once, as while i am doing research on the mall and wish to know how big is the mall.. initially it is stated at 500,000 sqft. However, few month after a new review came out stated 350,000 sqft. It is a 150,000 sqft different, which i went to the small land that pangaea is situated. i really wonder, if they change it due to space concern or other cost related issue?

Can anyone help lead the complaint? How and what to do. Really fell like kena con, no explaination and nothing. Silently changed the concept?? i bought because the concept, now what.
