actually the problem these days so many new developers entering the industry
everyone knows the property industry is lucrative hence everyone wants to be a developer
some do it themselves some engage the experts to do
as this is their new experience plus lack of experience staff, the experience to us as buyer usually is not great but what is important is the developer must recognise this and work to improve it. it is simple human attitude and follow up
lack of this is like tidak apa attitude after sell i make commision then habis
some do not care because they don't value the brand name of the company
many staff are like this
they cannot equate the company they work like their own image so tidak apa lor
i went to their showroom. nice. sales person also not bad but of course they want sales time mah...

if few shopping malls in the pipeline, who will emerge as the clear winner of the best and most visited shopping mall in cyberjaya in 2019??

i drove pass dpulze last week; did not stand out to me yet maybe because it is not ready and lack of promotional banner there so i missed it even driving along their main road. will see when it is open

people buy them most probably because of the concept and master plan
some buy because of shopping mall
if they change it, is like misleading purchasers
the potential of investment return probably will be altered...
if better then nothing to complain

if OSK is confident they will proceed to build the shopping mall
if they have no experience, lack of confidence, scare, fear, then forever change plan lor...

if OSK honours the request of revert to original plan or money back i guess it will be a disaster to OSK since buyers also demanding SPA price + appreciation ...in %

Does OSK has any track record in setting up or managing a mall? And I'm not even asking about successful mall.

So looks like Mutiara Ville's The Gem is the nearest mall there?

if college has money most they build their own building
so expect some small scaled college hopefully no those bring in PH again...
