I just bought one unit here in Eclipse Residenc with 2 rooms biggrin.gif Like the concept of mixed development and the facility. There is also an established market in cyberjaya area. Compared to Tropicana Metropark, this one is better. Good for investment or own stay and got fully furnished some more.

yeah, looks a bit high for this year but will keep this for long term, better than put the money in bank.
Btw, it's a residential, not soho. FF for me is good since i'm a bit tired of self furnishing a house, takes lot of cost and time. If you want cheaper condo like 200-300k+, i think you can still get subsales at cheras, shah alam, kajang area.

I believe when Panga'ea finishes it will have a high quality finishing and become a commercial hub for cyberjaya people and surrounding area. The strength is on convenience, self sustainability, modern lifestyle, and supported by MNC companies (middle to high income earners)

Well, this is the picture I captured yesterday when visiting Cyberjaya.
OSK Panga'ea is surrounded by The ARC, Mutiara Ville, Cyberia Smarthome, and Tamarind Square. I also like Tamarind Square, the concept and the plan is good to support the area.

It takes time to see the overall development finishes, however the plan, concept, location, and future population is good for this one. nod.gif

would like to share personal opinion here.
actually, at first i prefer to buy tropicana garden but can't keep up to the price which is already 1200/sqft. When checking onsite mirage by the lake, i can see OSK end product quality is good, so i bought eclipse, i think price is still acceptable hoping that eclipse product will be of high quality as well. Personally, i don't like cheap property considering the low quality and low end community.

osk mall will take a while to build and the tenants should target middle class considering the community in cyberjaya, can't guess much about this it all depends on osk decision and cyberjaya growth in future. But, i believe it won't fail, minimum performance should be like tropicana city mall.

Agree with you, OSK should position the mall to be more than neighborhood mall. Take a look at dpulze mall video below, there are still many opportunities for OSK to fill the gaps and become much better.
