guys,

anyone of you taking beef everyday?
*
If i can and if i can afford to eat it everyday i would. Beef itself is more calorie dense than chicken or fish, good for bulking and red meat is good for brain development.

I've been taking chicken all day long + eggs + veges for sure...

Just wonder if some one take beef because kinda expensive.. usually, i'll take one whole chicken breast per day.. so 2 piece of chicken breast per day for lunch...

Just try to save more..

Oatmeal + a shake would be decent if you're pressed for time. And prepare a sandwich (ie with a good helping of meat and veges) or something to bring with you to eat during the drive, since it'll be a long one. (I'm assuming you're coming down to KLIA)

Cant have a better source of creatine/test-booster from the red meat esp beef. The only concern from me is the risk of colon cancer from the daily beefing.

Best straps I ever used were made from seat belts, its thin, flexible and very strong!

Downside is you gotta make them yourself!

If not then get those!
