So just go check up and make sure everything is running smooth. Found that my spine alignment isn't balance, left side is lower than right something something something, did 15 minutes of chiropractic treatment, for the first session, definitely helped a shit load. If it aint running smooth inside, it aint gonna run smooth outside. Gotta check the insides once in awhile. Dont wanna risk getting into trouble with my health

Went to do squat and an old auntie was staring at me. Then she came over to me, asking how old I am? Since my look is quite young, she advised me not to do squats because that will make me shorter or stunt my growth. I told her I am already 23 and cant grow taller anymore. She apologized and walked off. LOL!

I tricep dipped three 20kg plates, one 10lbs plate and one 5lbs plate together for 5 reps. I was hoping raynx, kapersky or jamis would be there to take a vid. Maybe next time.
