i) Chest
ii) Shoulder
iii) Biceps
iv) Legs
v) Triceps
vi) Back
vii) Abs/Core

too much for me. i would go 5 days per week max. tongue.gif

currently 4 day per week

chest/tris
shoulder/ abs
legs.

Biceps and triceps normally lumped together to be trained on arm day.

I do this one week and change up another week
but i do arms only after legs n always have a gap between arms and upper body training

What a coincidence jacky we both have the exact same routine! So far four a week works for me, haven't reached the level where I can do five a week yet. Am planning for one arms day so I can work on arms twice a week since its lagging..

Your body needs some rest bro. I know it's isolation workout but try to limit to max 5 days a week.

have you ever heard the word "rest" or "recovery"?... bodybuilding always revolved around three factor... Eat, train, & rest... if 1 of it fell short you're screw... unless you got the super genes to somehow "bypass" either eat, train or rest... btw morning guese..

I'm giving the bodybuilding gods the finger by doing legs on international chest day haha. Best thing about doing legs today is the leg press machine and squat rack are virtually untouched by the mobs waiting for their turn on the bench press and benches nyahahaha!

haha i came out with a theory with my gym mate..

"If u have gf/wife, u nvr get 6 pack" whenever im dieting, she will be so so angry because she cant eat what she want to eat, as im not eating together with her.. so end up fight, to prevent this to happen, i need to eat along with her lol..

plus, she said i love the iron more than her haha biggrin.gif

Anyone face this kind of situation?

Jeez pedro, strong mofo! That in itself would be my workout already, won't be able to do anything else after that!

Well I suppose its all about balance. My girl does go to the gym, just not the weights area, kinda something we can do together ya know? After gym I bring her out to supper which is something she likes too and I can entertain her by gossiping about what happened in gym that day lol..

Your life shouldn't be revolving around bodybuilding only, sure its part of your life but definitely balance it with the other important stuff.

As for eating, well limit it to just weekends or just add in more cardio. That way you can do both

Today is back day for me...coz everyone will be hogging em benches for chest! I'm off today but prolly only be hitting gym in the evening, if I workout early in the day my weights drop by 10-15%. I'm really not an early person.
