Me. Machines are your best friend. Most of my shoulder development is from the Smith machine or Cybex, Life Fitness or Hammer Strength machines.

kalau ade like button akin to fB, i'd press this 1000x

anyway darklite, what are your thoughts for the following:

i) if i were to wakeup say 6am in the morning and must go to they gym around 7am (my work may require this type of arrangement in the future), what's your suggestion for pre-workout meal? should i just take MRP 30mins before or stimulants like jack3d or just take BCAA pre and intra workout?

ii) if i were to be working out say around 10pm and must sleep around 1am, what do you reckon should be a good post workout since im going to sleep, should i up my carb intake for post workout like normal (i take 0.25-0.5g / lbs / bodyweight for carbs - fast acting ones lah) or should reduce it since im about to go to sleep? (i believe 4 hours before sleep tak patut ambik carbs)

any ideas?

Wake up 5.45, eat a medium sized meal of brown rice and chicken for example, or whatever with same macros, not too heavy, then hit gym.

And he hasn't posted? He posts really good advice on diet, recipes and cutting. Very underrated poster IMO. He should have been made an ELITE.
