Hot grabs outside Klang Valley
Written by Kamarul Azhar

land is the beginning of the creation of money. one stroke of a pen, a worthless piece of dirt gets a value.
somebody buys it, trade it a few times, millions of rm created. then a matter of whether it gets developed to multiply the effect.
broke gomen knows this is the fastest and easiest way to grow gdp. given the bbb now, why not?!

In away yes, I have a choice. But do I really?

Supposedly, everybody in the same boat, should know how to behave for their own good. but when everybody starts rocking, my choice of not rocking doesn't really make a difference. And of course, me rocking, wouldn't be helping either.

And whatever it is. Doing it, while not rocking the boat in the process. Else, I'd be no better.

LOL..you have never attended to any auction events? So this is a good time to look c look c albeit you do not bid lo.

If the reserved price = market value, good what, since lot of forumers here keep complaint about sky high asking price of properties in the free market now. biggrin.gif

Noob about auction here. The bid price shouldn't lower than the reserve price right?

I don't understand this statement, never been to an auction lol...

But from a layman's perspective, if the reserve price is equal to market price (which at the moment ppl complain is sky high), how is this good? If I understand correctly, reserve price means minimum price, right?

Ask yourself, how the valuer set the so-called minimum price? or from a layman's perspective, like most of us, if we wanna sell our things, how we set our minimum price ?

if the reserved price is similar to market price, people will just buy from the market. Why should they care about the auction???
