coz i swipe the card at the machine, i dont see any smart cash written there...

if have 5% cash rebate and 2% smart cash...superb then...

if not, i think i will stick to ESSO/Mobil...

you need to spend RM3K a year to get the Plat card annual fee waived. So if you don't spend RM3K, don't blame UOB if they charge you annual fees next year.

I also get 2% smart cash rebate from BHP. smile.gif

Will it reflect automatically in the statement and reduce the statement bill itself? Does prefered platinum card eligible for the rebate?

i request for customers service to get a online banking for me. SUCK... they said they cant do it in KL branch. I only can do it at my home town branch. The reason they give is I open my 1st account (fixed deposit) at UOB bank is at my home town.

So they give me fill up the form and they will send the online pin to my home town. Very lauzy services

I applied last month and today got a call from UOB.

3 months payslip were not enough, they also need EPF/EA statements. When I told her I don't have EPF statement, she said bank statements for the past 3 months will do.

Problem is my Public Bank NEVER sent me statements and when I checked online banking, statement request is only available for credit/debit card. I sent her transaction history from earliest July to September. The 3 months payslip was from June to August.

Still, she said she will submit them for process and inform me if further documents are needed. Though I will probably just cancel my application if it is going to be more hassle...

OT

go to EPF and get your statement. Some banks branches also provide EPF kiosk where you can print the statement for free BUT most of them lock it as the ink is costly and will tell you the machine is down, hahaha.
