I suggest you have it mailed to a place where you are regularly at, eg; office / current house.

I got mine approved in 2 weeks and the card sent to me a week after that, can't tell if that's considered slow or fast.
*
i think 2 weeks is standard 1...
during my last application to citibank, the agent told me that i can choose for express way or normal way...
express way only need 1 day to know the application status.. laugh.gif

Citibank ISU officer said if I go for express application, it takes 3 days. Otherwise, it'll be 2 weeks.

i see.. anyhow, i don' think i can reapply citibank cc for the time being as my application got rejected.. sad.gif

i request for customers service to get a online banking for me. SUCK... they said they cant do it in KL branch. I only can do it at my home town branch. The reason they give is I open my 1st account (fixed deposit) at UOB bank is at my home town.

So they give me fill up the form and they will send the online pin to my home town. Very lauzy services

is it ? my impression towards UOB CS is good..
i called them to change my mailing address and also apply for online pin..
the CS that answered my call is very nice and helpful.. and on the second day, another call from UOB to confirm and verify on the changes that i have requested..

I had change my mailing address too. They do call me on the next day for verification.

But for Online 1st login username and pin. The branches people said it not allow to do it. I have to go to original branch that i open i 1st account. So she only can help me to fill in the form.

the CS told me that the pin will send to me via mail...
hopefully the pin is ready for use when i received it.. smile.gif

Indeed, I applied mine on August 24th and received it yesterday. The card states membership is 9/16 (september 16th) though.

@blue_scott: Bank will charge you penalty fee, because they need to earn from interest or tax XD. Just pay after receive statement but before due date.

huh ? are u sure ? rclxub.gif
pay in advance also charge penalty ? sweat.gif

i see.. perhaps by calling CS to clarify this is the best... smile.gif
i'm paying in advance is because of travelling too.. and my cc limit is not high, so want to clear the balance first to avoid any inconvenience.. smile.gif
