oh.. i got 1 more related question, other than the requested document, it also mention
'Sila sertakan Tarikh tanda tangan dokumen Perjanjian jual beli (S&P) and Penyata Bank'.

when it says, tarikh tanda tangan, just write down the date or what?

Did you call them up and chase them?
I've actually been procrastinating about calling them when I haven't got my refund. Then I called them up one day and they say my cheque is on the way. I receive the cheque the next week. smile.gif

better not to have the lhdn keep your money.. You'll get your money, but you're not guaranteed to get it quickly. It can be fast, or it can take a few years..

Yes. For 2011 deductions, the assessment will be done next year Jan-Mar. Therefore, once you get your EA forms and all other docs, just submit as early as possible, e.g. early Jan. You'll get back the extra money (if any) faster.

Need advise from pros here. Recently i got an offer from an US company, who plan to setup a new office in Taiwan. Situation is: i need to start work in malaysia, as a consultant, before TW working Visa approved.

During the consulting period, can US comp(they are not registered comp in Malaysia) direct transfer the money to my malaysia bank account?
If Yes, is it tax-able? If No, what can be done for me to get the money?

If i start work in TW, i should paying the income tax there. Beside that, is there any other tax i need to cover in Malaysia?

Anyone knows how the calculation for PCB is made or is there a scale? About 7% of my monthly salary goes into PCB, is this considered normal or high? Thanks

hi guys ... just wanna share my experience here .... me too had experience the slow refunding process by LHDN ... just shortly after submitting my Be Form, first i was being informed by letter that my refund need to be process and to seek them if no reply in 2 months .... after 3 months of frustrated waiting then i go see the branch which keeps my file ... i was told my them that to furnish my EA form & first 3 pages of S&P and also the housing loan bank statement .... after furnishing them the above documents and voila my cheque arrived a week after that ...

so to summarise ... just see them and they would process the thing faster
