2) There are many ppl with such issues where the IRB states that the documents must be presented in 30 days from the letter dated but ppl actually receive the letter later. In such cases, call up to seek for extension explaining ur predicament. If u have your documents ready, then try to submit it within the timeline. It's better not to give a bad impression as a headstart. There's still today and tomorrow for u to give a call.
