If timeouts that means you can't connect to the tracker,by default streamyx did block those trackers, only can be bypassed using google dns or any other dns. If still timeout try to download other torrent from any other tracker, try private tracker if you have one.

Just installed 4mbps last week..contractor set 5.119mbps for me and I am able to get around 4.2 to 4.3mbps using speedtest.net.

problem I notice so far is when connected with Ipad and my Note, the connection sometime disconnect for a while and then reconnect again after a while.. I am using google DNS by the way..anyone know what is the problem ? router or line ?

i can watch Olympic opening ceremony at 720p HD and smooth all the way... 4Mbps cukup power oh !!! no regrets so far...

i can't use torrent anymore. once i added file to download in torrent. it not working.

So today is the last day for SuperSpeed Me promotion; 31st July 2012.
Called 100 and go to option 3, talked to the operator and they already upgraded mine to 4Mbps.
Just need to wait for the technician to come by.

Hi, currently i'm using streamyx 1Mbps, SNR and line attenuation as per attachment. Still able to apply and use 4Mbps right?
I tried to apply online upgrade BB deal 4Mbps myself and through a forum member(streamyx agent) here, both not successful. Apply online myself shows blank/nothing under the confirmation page; while streamyx agent page shows "no facility to support this upgrade", weird.

Emailed to TM on Sunday and until today they still replying "looking into it".

Common problem if you're using D-link-2640B. I had this kind of problem in my house. Housemate wasn't happy, got myself a new LevelOne router, never had this kind of problem anymore.

Probably your place don't have 4mbps port available.

You can't, its account level capped speed. If you're using 4mbps account as example, you still will get 2Mbps top, since its line level capped (as shown in your screenshot).

what do you mean by not working?

Technician already come to my place and upgrade. And wal-lah!

Depends, I am getting between 300 to 400, at best could reach 500KBps.

after few month upgrade .
the ping is a bit high because the router is a bit far.the same setting problem.

the Bt is is fast. all link running at full speed not many seeder also running well.

Depends on the location of the ftp server, from what you said, it sounds like the ftp server is located somewhere in Europe which streamyx has bad routing to, that's probably the max you can get. If the location in US, usually hit maximum hit speeds instantly.

Seems that you guys are right. I download a video from YouTube and it got the speed that i suppose to get.

yeah these few days, ustream, twitch.tv lag so bad... my ftp also can't even reach 1mbps..

I had the same problem with Australia as well, bad lag to Tribes:Ascend servers, previously I only had 120ms to Australia, this 2-3weeks, increased to 320, worst than to US which I can get 230ms.

ping is high? ur ping is well enough.my streamyx only can get 74ms to kl server.is this router-related problem? using the 4Mbps black innacom router

i dont know its you modem router setting or what.
but for me if change some setting the ping will drop between 15-25ms to kl
