is any 1 connection to US is fcuked up atm???

Yea, thought I'm the only one with this problem. Starting from yesterday. Download speed is now under 100kBps and can't even reach 200kBps.

Mode: ADSL_2plus
SNR Margin (0.1 dB): 317 299
Attenuation (0.1 dB): 185 86
Output Power (0.1 dBm): 91 122
Attainable Rate (Kbps): 18604 1205
Rate (Kbps): 2048 509

last week i just apply new 4mbps blockbuster, friday tm kontractor had came to my place install phoneline and modem, they speed tested and check modem status it got 2mbps speed.then call the 100 but no ppl pickup there.then they said need wait after 24 hour will change to 4mbps.but till now speed still same le dulan lo.
so that tm capped my speed right?what i should do?

Usually they will come back for that, give the installer a call.

My result was, no throttle. Odd enough and my torrent somehow downloads really good, it was never this fast before, I'm trying one with 200 seeder in nyaa, will try more later.

Is the early termination penalty for the RM140 combo package still RM300? When I go to a TMPoint to cancel, must I return the modem and cordless phone? And can I use the deposit to partly offset the early termination penalty?

i got 0.06Mbps and almost all international web slow

but ping to local is normal without lagspike

they say check checkcheck until now still no news...... TM talk $$$$$$ . if that place is high cost living area live by many boss . the connection sure like the god . get 10mb unifi but speed is 30-40mb etc something. but if u live at kampung,or outside the town..or low cost area.... sure noob line noob service..... spam restart when lag only can solve problem....

They suggest call 100 to report..

if there a charge for their service..?

right now, with my 1mbps, the ping achieve to 126ms

I was on this package since March and using it normally since then. However, at 10am Sunday (12th March), my streamyx was down. DSL light was off and there was no dialing tone on my house phone. I called TM and they say to fix by 24 hours but I wasn't contacted.

Anyone faced such situation before?
