Hi, currently i'm using streamyx 1Mbps, SNR and line attenuation as per attachment. Still able to apply and use 4Mbps right?
I tried to apply online upgrade BB deal 4Mbps myself and through a forum member(streamyx agent) here, both not successful. Apply online myself shows blank/nothing under the confirmation page; while streamyx agent page shows "no facility to support this upgrade", weird.

Emailed to TM on Sunday and until today they still replying "looking into it".
