Is it only me cannot access? I tried last night and just tried again but still cannot.

I cannot access to my HSBC Amanah account. I already terminated the card early last month and cleared all the outstanding amounts before I terminated. However, I was charged with some management fees and called to clarify. They said it is an error and will be zerolized in my next statement. I don't need to pay them anything.
I just want to make sure that I'm not penalized for late payment or is charged again this month. Is it only me cannot access? I tried last night and just tried again but still cannot. |

just called cs , being told that I am not eligible for rm50 cash back n the watch. it is first come first serve, I saw some of the replies above got the card only third week in Sept where I already spent more than 1.5krm above on that period yet I am not eligible ? what should I do ? I really unhappy with it. want to cancel this card and complaint the sales agent.

I got my hsbc credit card last week but then i didnt receive any unique code. Called the cs and then they said i'm not entitled to it as the promo end at 12 dec. Is this true?
