Wondering wat is the sign up promotion for HSBC amanah MPower card?
I saw there is RM650 cash back promotion, but is it guarantee basis or first come first serve? Any roadshow recently that I can approach to verify?

You mean u received your credit card 10 days after card approved? so, how long they take to approve ur application from the date u submit your application? u apply via online or sales person?

Benefits so so, i'm just interested on its sign up bonus..

1 week working days to get the application status only? How fast they deliver your card... Their application status is really as slow as RHB bank... thought foreign bank is more efficient...

Just call up n cs said it takes 1-2 weeks working days to process...

Anyone apply hsbc card recently for the tablet promotion? Any update on ur application status? I've been submit my application since 2 June.. But until today still pending.. I really fed up with their service.

Omg... I never expect an application can take so long time. I've been applying for so many other bank, the most take me 1 week then I got the application result whether approve or reject. The sales person tell me 4-7 working days. Now it is more than that n the sales person unable to tell me the processing time correctly now.

The longest card application I waited is RHB, which is almost 1 month which I feel is too long time d n the sales person tell me is normal processing time for rhb which at least I know in advance n can tolerate with it. Urs taken 1 month+, crazy man... Foreign bank somemore.

Btw, alliance bank is the fastest bank, only 3 working days, n card delivery also very fast, total 5 working days to process + receive the card. Even Citibank instant application also can't fight with them.

But, the sales person said cannot collect at branch. Can only send to my house. This sales person really cannot be trusted.

Wat??!! Deliver credit card via normal post.. No secure at all.. The bank really brainless.. If I receive a card via normal post, my confidence level towards the bank straight drop..

U mean HSBC? Or other bank?

Huh? Last time my HLB, OCBC n UOB all by pos laju or other courier services. Never get by snail mail. RHB by drop mail but still send by pos laju van.

Education n automobile merchant? First come first served. Another tricky promo from HSBC..

After 2 weeks working days, still no status update on my application.. Such a lousy service at initial stage is really make me fed up.. I hope i can stop the application.. but, no way i can do that...

CS said application process d, can't cancel. But I can wait till I receive the card then only cancel. GST will only charge me only if I activate the card. Not on card approval. I think they also know their card delivery too slow or application process too slow n expect lots of cardholder can't wait for it.

I just cannot accept as the sales staff told me 4-7 working days to know the application result. N the CS told me is 2 weeks working days. But now I waited more than 2 weeks working days still no result. That's y I fed up. At least update me the status or reason of pending.

In fact I rather it reject, if u r considering n drag so long, u r just wasting time.. Moreover I apply is bcoz of it sign up bonus. N the sign up bonus is 1st come 1st serve, if they approve my card also I won't consider to activate the card. N I dislike on the sales person as he gave me all the empty promises since day 1. He is telling lie. I'm considering in write in to complain.

Yes, I applied at their road show. He show me the tablet promo. When he tell me the promo, HSBC website not even have the promo. So, when I applied he told me is guarantee basis, after he submit the form, he told me just received latest update is first 2500 cardholders. In between got a lots of other things he told me. Where he keep twist n turn. That's y I feel angry n fed up..

Nono, i dont feel like holding the card anymore. If my card approve n i will call up to cancel and complain the sales person.. So, the sales person better hope that my card not approve.. As I said, i sign up is bcoz of the sign up bonus.. after waiting for so long time, even if the card approve also the chances of getting the tablet is very mild.. HSBC card benefit didn't really attract me...

Huh? u waiting for tablet? mean u got ur card and swipe the RM1,500? Tablet wont be so fast lo... wait their promo end 1st.. check out their TnC
