First of all, i feel sorry for you bro.. My advice to you, please double check your registered mobile number with HSBC. In my case, they registered my phone number wrongly in which they keyed in +60019-2345678 instead of just 019-23456789..I found this out during registering for online banking, where the sms for authentication never came.. Please check with HSBC on this.
For all forumers' info as well, HSBC got my address wrong and I've waited for another 1 week to receive the card. No 140 was entered as no 104 in my mailing address..

I think this is because I applied the card through phone call by HSBC ( after emailed RinggitPlus), that person might have heard it wrongly /confused..
