The Cash Back that each Eligible Cardholder is entitled to will be based on the last digit of the approval code number (from number 0 - number 9) printed on the credit card transaction slip and allocated on first come, first serve basis for that Participating Day.

e.g. If the approval code number printed on the credit card transaction slip is 1, Eligible Cardholder will stand to receive RM1, subject to availability for that Participating Day.

my friend got the tablet from the previous round of promotion. So I applied this time. Got an email that card has just been approved.

i applied through groupon (although it is still managed by ringgitplus), i can get RM250 groupon credit upon successful application instead of the tablet

I got email approval last week, but card has not arrived yet....@@

HSBC is one of the worst cards I had on my experience.

The staff never told me the The Huawei Tablet is provided on an “As Is” basis and on a first come first serve basis.

In the end spend the card and get nothing and the HSBC Staff also don't dare to pick up fuking call.

For those who apply thru ringgitplus, the annual fee for first year will be waived or not?
(e.g. RM240, RM160, RM90..etc)

Anyone that applied from ringgitplus and card approved has got the email and sms notification from HSBC/ringgitplus? If yes, when did you receive it, like how many days after receiving card approval email from HSBC?

Talked to HSBC CS and they said the unique code/gift/sms whatsoever will be sent out by Ringgitplus..

Talked to Ringgitplus however saying that this will be sent out by HSBC. Confused now..Like nobody doesnt want to be held responsible.

The CS told me that they will only select the eligible cardholders 30 days after 7 Oct 2014, last card approved . I supposed this means that before the period extended, there was less than 2,500 eligible cardholders to get the gift ( first come first serve basis) , so they extended, correct me if I am wrong.

I just feel meh ...

I also just applied via groupon and see how long it takes to receive, need it for additional PPL entry for family

If you got it, how you receive the code? By SMS or email?
Then how you give it to RinggitPlus (by email...etc?)

I just worry, everyone kena tipu....at the end, told everyone will give other "same price" gift to us... 

I spoke to the HSBC lady that processed my application, she said the code will be send between 2-4 weeks starting from the activation date, not approval date. So you might want to clarify on this.

After the code is submitted, ringgitplus.com will take another 2-4 weeks to send the tablet.

I cannot access to my HSBC Amanah account. I already terminated the card early last month and cleared all the outstanding amounts before I terminated. However, I was charged with some management fees and called to clarify. They said it is an error and will be zerolized in my next statement. I don't need to pay them anything.

I just want to make sure that I'm not penalized for late payment or is charged again this month.

Is it only me cannot access? I tried last night and just tried again but still cannot.

I've got my tablet and straight away root it.. Cant stand looking at all those preinstalled apps..
