My friend gave me a scoop of his GAT Nitraflex pre-workout supp and holy shit 45 mins later (in the gym) I straight away ran into toilet and let it all out. felt intense stomachache about 30 mins into it and well, shit.

I think it depends... i have been trying diff brand like superpumpmax, white flood and san force, non of it giving me problem except when it comes to BSN N.O Explode... it seriously exploded at the back. Therefore, theres a reason why they stated to be taken on empty stomach T.T |

Hi guys Myofusion and Muscletech Cell-Tech Hardcore

Anyone try Dymatize XT, Elite or Gourmet before ? Which one is more effective ?
I m currently using ON which i didnt feel like much effect. |

Okay I don't know why but the new Myo Probiotic milk chocolate tastes like crap compared to the old Myofusion.
 and a lot of online sellers only bring in the 'safe' flavors (vanilla, choc and cookies & cream). i want banana! |

I just ordered/booked myofusion banana and milk choc probiotic from eji. In case they don't bring in banana anymore in the future.
