What is a Bacc or amino use for?
I see some shop selling like testo booster, izit testo is male hormon? Hmm anyone taking here, how does it feel after take?

Guy do u think A pre workout necessary? I only able to workout 2days per week. Hmm I don't feel much progress.

Personally i would say it is not compulsory but a luxury (N.O)... once a while compliment urself with those stuff gives u pretty good workout exp.

What do u mean by NO? Almost 2 months with maintain the same meal portion but body weight almost the same jus tat feel a bit bit tone only

Anyone try Dymatize XT, Elite or Gourmet before ? Which one is more effective ?
I m currently using ON which i didnt feel like much effect.

I m one of the guy of still can slp well after taking expresso at nite. No wonder I din feel much effect from 1 1/2 scoop of superpump max.
