I know, been cutting down on a lot on junks and following a 12-week program on bb.com, getting 8-9 hrs of sleep every night. and since I'm only a college student I can't really afford the 'other stuffs' like creatine etc, so probably gonna just use protein first and maybe decide about the rest in the future, financial not that fantastic
