I ordered some CEE from bb.com last year. Got stuck at kastam for 2 months. I requested bb.com to refund my purchase, they did but shipment cost got burnt..

I guess the CEE was a lil bit suspicious, white powder in a bag not tub.. lol

Hi all, i plan to buy creatine and glutamine for my bulking session. I have found out that "ego" brand is the cheapest (if i am not mistaken). Anyone tried it before? Does brand matter?
*
I have been using ego creatine for the past 2 years. The only other brand I have tried before that was EAS Phosphogen before i knew about ego which is alot more expensive for the same exact stuff. Most of EGO house brand products are cheap and pack the best velue for money as far as I am concerned. The creatine and glutamine is just as good as any other brand.

Anyone try those protein from Horleys?
*
one word, overpriced. Tonnes of better valued protein powders available in the market.(look at Optimum Nutrition, Scivation, Dymatize for good value protein).

Anyone try Dymatize XT, Elite or Gourmet before ? Which one is more effective ?
I m currently using ON which i didnt feel like much effect.
*
yup, i've used the Gourmet. Gourmet has some casein in it, and Elite is very similar to ON Gold Standard.

If you are not feeling any effects from ON.. you have to check certain things else than your supplementation:
1. Are you lifting regularly and what is the intensity level of your training?
2. Is your FOOD intake sufficient?
3. Are you resting enough?

All these contribute to growth more than just supplementation.

Guys, currently I'm consuming BSN truemass.

What bothering me is I feel like want to vomit after consume 3 scoops + cold water.

How to overcome this problem ?
*
reduce it to 1.5 scoops and drink it twice instead, 1-2 hours apart.

im taking nitro-tech whey protein, may i have some feedback of this product?
*
If you are already taking it, you should give us the feedback.

We dont hate muscletech, we just dislike the price tag as there are much better value for money brands out there.
*nitrotech main ingredient is whey concentrate. try to research whey concentrate vs. whey isolate for starters

For the brand i mention above, which brand is the best to go?
*
cheapest and high whey isolates are Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard and Dymatize Whey Isolate.
awesome taste and timed release protein, Gaspari Myofusion.

These brands are the best value or money. You can always opt for others for a change but you cant go wrong with these.
