i dont get it when people say <insert whey name and brand> doesnt work.

its protein.
in powder form.
thats it.
if it doesnt "work" you probably are not eating enough. i still think supps is only a part of the equation. there are so many things that can affect your growth, and most of the time its not gonna be supps.

It's not a matter of switching protein brands. It's a matter of food intake. Please.... eat more.

Taken Muscle Juice for almost a month now. Gained 4kg of mass altogether. Based on observation on i do look a bit bigger. Getting some feedback from friends as well. I assume its the muscle and not the fat gaining as tummy still looking the same as before i took this supplement. Going to using it until i reach 70kg before cutting down to 65 again.

tried doing some fasted workouts today, still able to get a PR on DB shoulder presses heh! 72lbs x 5! ate a foot long sub sandwich, roast beef + additional roast beef and the works. but fasting is totally shit. and i only fasted for like 8 hours.
