QUOTE(jamis @ May 10 2011, 09:49 AM) Started on my Sizeon max And SP Max this morning, Oh man, infinite endurance and focus! awesome stuff. I have yet to get mine... was wondering if i should try SP250 first or just jump straight to SPMax...As i down my SP Max this morning, my anxiety level shoot up, the only thing in the mind is to hit the iron, great feeling. As for the intra, Sizeon taste pretty..... below average (again the milky taste) but the endurance it gives is superb, seems like every sip u take it cover up ur fatigue level. Wonderful! In nutshell: Sizeon Taste: 3.9/10 (fruit punch flav) Pump: 5/10 (average -no vein popping stuff yet) Endurance: 8/10 Strength: 6/10 (average, boost on my lateral raise- break the plateau Superpump Max Taste: 6/10 (Taste good, but a little artificial - Grape flav) Pump: 5/10 (average) endurance: May be it does, or it is from sizeon - i give it a 5/10 Focus: 8/10 (good focus, compare to 250, it improves) strength: 6/10 -- sizeon or sp, not sure but it works! Bottom line: Worth ur bucks for the stack, Loving it. |

QUOTE(mikehuan @ May 17 2011, 06:22 PM) oh, really? mind explaining? im not being sarcastic or anything, mind you, i would like to know if you're willing to share. just to inform you guys, ON has came out with an even competitive formula than MT:oh, and heard from my friend that nitrotech hardcore now comes in 4.8lbs with the same price. not sure if its true or not. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/plat...drobuilder.html now, just need time before it slowly gets here |

QUOTE(janson_kaniaz @ May 17 2011, 06:51 PM) all these hydro stuff from ON are expensive man, i prefer the new Myofusion formula, same price also yeah... I personally use a mixture of myofusion/on whey/on casein and a separate tub of creapure micro... its the most basic solid combination for me, been using it for few years... never tried any hydro stuff from them, it is still pricey ever since launched, but good to know that they are introducing another good product in. |

QUOTE(free_enuf @ May 17 2011, 07:31 PM) By hydro if you are referring to hydrolyzed whey, no they are not pricey. ON's 100% whey is partially hydrolyzed, and its the one of the cheapest whey out there. I do think ON's product esp its 100% whey are value for money. You can easily get 10lb-er for RM295 shipped. I was referring to on's hydro platinum products: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/plat..._hydrowhey.html 3.5lbs for rm210 from reyzai... can't find many sellers here.... but even in US it is quite pricey imho... Added on May 17, 2011, 8:43 pm QUOTE(shaunhsc @ May 17 2011, 08:27 PM) LOL. Im still suprised they're still open. Somehow ppl still go there for their supplement range (vitamin, herbs). They still never learn. Still enjoy pushing up their house brand, while Ego introduces many kind of brands which is what consumers want, a variety of brands which works, not just one GNC this and that brand. This post has been edited by kaspersky-fan: May 17 2011, 08:43 PM |

QUOTE(janson_kaniaz @ May 22 2011, 12:23 AM) tbh, i dun know wats heaty, it seems like every supp is heaty if you mean we need to drink alot of water. creatine is heaty also coz we need to drink alot of water? creatine made me dehydrated but doesnt make me feel like my body temp was rising...this optimen however... i realize i feel damn hot even in office even with my sleeves rolled up... usually i would roll down during morning and roll up by evening... but when i was with optimen, even rolling up before i enter the office, feeling hot all day lol and yes there were a few occasions my nose had blood, i wasnt sure if it was the combination of creatine and optimen, but i've been taking creatine steadily on workout days only, while optimen daily... and when i started taking more water it slighly reduce the heaty effect, heck when i pee i feel that it isnt that warm anymore compared to before i up the water intake.. lol |

Hey peeps, I've recently started taking xtend blue raspberry flavour and I swear each time I take it, be it intra workout or sipping throughout the day I would get terrible headaches. Only taking 2 scoops each time, with approx 0.75 to 1L . Any sifus here having that experience?... I just feel like selling that tub away now.......Thx!
*How does your blue raspberry taste? Did it taste like asam boi juice -__-" ? |

QUOTE(free_enuf @ May 24 2011, 09:12 PM) Have tried watermelon and apple before. Did not have such headache, am usually taking 4-6 scoops each go. Watermelon tastes the best btw. Darn... this blue raspberry tasted pretty sour... dont look forward taking it. I usually take 2 scoops most of the time. (Just got it a week ago). Today I tried upping to 3 scoops to see if this was the cause of the headache, And bingo! I had the worst headache I could ever get in a long while... |

QUOTE(janson_kaniaz @ May 24 2011, 10:04 PM) tried blue raps b4, nothing wrong. r u experiencing only for this flav or this is the 1st time on xtend? 1st time on xtend, but I seriously felt the taste was more of some kind of asam boi than sour berries...i only had serious headache/dizziness with NO Xplode (pre wo). The rest r ok. btw, how many scoops and with how much water do u take each time? This post has been edited by kaspersky-fan: May 24 2011, 10:08 PM |

lol, one of these days those with diff xtend flavours should gather and exchange samples... then we can decide what we should really go for instead of buying one tub and suffer through it if one dislikes that flavour
but i see many happy sifu's above not heaving any prob with the headache... i shall experiment it further more, eg 1 scoop with 0.75L instead for a while and see how it goes... i have blue raspberry here, exchange point --> jaya33/menara tm lol |

QUOTE(janson_kaniaz @ May 25 2011, 11:52 AM) I went thru my entire tub of NOXplode with dizziness and stomach upset. Wah ure nuts... if I do that, won't be able to focus on my lifts... most likely I'll have to do that if this pesky headache continues...Take it like a man! LOL Worst case scenario just sell to anyone in ur gym at cheaper price. Added on May 25, 2011, 2:28 pm QUOTE(jamis @ May 25 2011, 11:52 AM) it is pricey indeed, but this is ur first time taking bcaa ? the extra ingredient only citrulline malate and glutamine wonder which one trigger the headache. yep first time, i had no idea which one does, but I googled around and I found several factors:1. i'm hypoglycemic ? hence bcaa reduces my serotonin and the headache + fatigue starts to kick in? 2. sucrolase? too much sucrolase would trigger the headache? (but i dont think this would be it as even ON whey and myofusion has sucrolase... unless xtend uses way more sucrolase per scoop than the protein shakes) even for glutamate, it is also in ON whey.. never get any headaches with them. ON whey has been good to me since day 1. Heck when ON whey has BCAA's inside. I really don't feel factor 1 could be the cause, unless I'm taking way too much BCAA? lol *one reason i choose to go with xtend was many mentioned about the tasty drink, but blue raspberry was really a fail to me lol This post has been edited by kaspersky-fan: May 25 2011, 02:28 PM |
