Okay so after weeks of dilemma I settled for AST's Micronized Creatine Monohydrate. The mixability kinda sucks but I'm hoping it works the way I want it to. Anyone tried it out before? I skipped the loading phase because I don't wanna waste, sad.gif

Eh, really? How'd the joints feel afterwards? It was your elbow or knee, wasn't it? hmm.gif

Was considering getting Animal Flex. My knees and left elbow gets a bit dodgy sometimes cause of all the sports I used to do.

That was for my elbow previously,it ameliorated by leaps and bounds on flex!

Hi all, i plan to buy creatine and glutamine for my bulking session. I have found out that "ego" brand is the cheapest (if i am not mistaken). Anyone tried it before? Does brand matter?

I have been using ego creatine for the past 2 years. The only other brand I have tried before that was EAS Phosphogen before i knew about ego which is alot more expensive for the same exact stuff. Most of EGO house brand products are cheap and pack the best velue for money as far as I am concerned. The creatine and glutamine is just as good as any other brand.

Training 5days a week.
2 scoops On whey protein after workout.
1 scoop On Whey protein next morning after workout day.

Height : 177cm
Weight : 72kg

the above ways to eat seems very hard to gain muscle and size for a vegetarian.Should we get in On serious mass into the plan ?
The goal is to build muscle and bigger size.

Please advice. Thank you
