yeah 7/16ID 5/8OD are favourites among xtresystems forumer, i also ordered 10feet frm a USA bulk last august but the stuffs havent arrive, so my nxt plan is still stick with 1/2ID using back my old tubings. bought lotsa 3/8ID stuffs include tubings and barbs frm metalzone but i shall keep it for 2nd loop when i got enough budget for another pump.

Same goes for the Apogee due to it's diamond matrix pin cushion. Depending on the quality of water and if coolant used, it may affect flow rates quite significantly

LOL sorry I didn't check this thread for a while. Was very occupied during the weekend.
The Apogee GT doesn't really need frequent cleaning as it doesn't clog up as easily as the Storm.

i using a custom made 10v fan speed controller which supports high ampere bought from bombman last year... been controlling my NMB fan for long time, recently i tried it on my pump and it works, more silent now then before... now no longer using NMB fans, using CM fans instead cause now running dual radaitor setup, should be sufficient using low rpm fans....

well... a good explanation would be the lower airflow allows the water to stay longer in the water block thus allowing it to absorb heat more efficiently... my 2 cents though.

i dont thnk there will be any problem.

now, ive got a few question that i could really get some help with. Started to plan for my incoming Cool-Trek DP1202 and MCW60-R.

By then, my setup should be pump(Nirox P3800 rated @ 1.5L/H) -> Rad (DP1202) -> CPU (Whitewater) -> GPU (MCW60-R ) -> Reservoir -> pump.

How much pressure drop should i be expecting if i were to use 3 L joints? Will they bring big impact to the overall cooling performance? my case isnt a huge TJ-07 .. ive got quite a limit on how things are done here...

As tested in moderno place in a similar setup, the 1.5L/H nirox is running a little too fast... so would a couple of resistant a good idea to slow the flow down?
