well... approx a week or so i think.. well i kinda expected its lifespan to be short. Its making rattling noise now, but nothing major, cant be heard when sidepanel is closed. The loudest component in my setup now would be Ram cooler > GFX > pump. The fans are barely audible as i set all of them to low rpm.

From my own point of view for a low budget WC, to see noticeable result from air cooling > water, major(expensive too ) changes has to be done. Therefore, im currently cutting down cost on components that can be cost reduced and future worthwhile upgrading. Investing in a proper block/Rad is a MUST therefore basically theres nothing much you can save in this. Currently im only using 1/2" gas tubes (RM1.xx/feet) as my tubing, RM60 120mmx2 TT radiator grabbed from BST_Dude and the low cost nirox P3800(total spend on pump RM65). Good thing about WC is that, each can be upgraded slowly in the future. Once all the loops are complete, the last id upgrade would be from Nirox P3800 to MCP655(which by then, very likely the nirox wont be functioning well already).

Actually... i find it more satisfying this way than getting everything at a shot and not to mention it hurts the wallet too. Stage by stage venturing into WC, learning lessons along the way, figuring ideas to placement of each components and loop sequences and seeing improvement till the final result =)
