card approved on 12th april, card delivered to X branch on 15th. Asked redelivered to Y branch. X branch go cancel my card (which i dont know) and requested for new card.
waited till end month no news. X branch ppl told me within a week but waited 2 weeks. Call CS Fxxx them upside down. Again n again until 11th of MAY they finally make a new card for me. 19th of may finally arrive to Y branch. Call n complain around 5-7 times.....

F* with asking what solution are they providing. if the staff not able to decide, you propose to them, make them to commit. ask their name, posting, mark down the date & time you call, also lodge in written complaints at M2U.com.
at the same time, when F* in the phone also ask some questions to reveal actually what is happening at their side and your mind also start to analyze the situation and find the best solution for the cc to happen to deliver to your hands.
phoned many times without a proper way to investigate in the phone, things will still stuck at there.
learnt this many times already and never wasted my phone calls effort, to make sure things happened as what i want.
