how to change the name on the card?

It is separate one, but that booklet not important la, I haven't read it until now.

Anybody knows if we can pay IWK bill with credit card? IWK office?

Just got a poslaju notice for the card, but I've got a bad feeling about it already.

The address on notice got the post code AND state wrong.

Somehow, Penang became Kelantan.

And they were supposed to send it to my office, but they sent it to my house instead.

The forms were extremely clear as I filled it up on my PC and generated the pdf output.

Not sure how they got it totally wrong.

You can pay thru OCBC online payment.

I don't have any account associated with OCBC.

Checked M2U and it also doesn't support payment with CC.

IMHO and personally, it is not about payment system to use (MC or Visa) but the customer service, offers, features, how often the promo is, credit limit, interest and fees offered by the card issuer. Both payment system is accepted worldwide and the card issuer can issue the other if you want one, anyway. However, if you really have to chose between the two, think of the places or merchant that you want to use it. If most merchant has offering/promo on MC, then choose it than the Visa.
It's only 'safe' to have both payment system and if possible from different bank, just in case there is problem with the other account or payment system or terminal.

You cant change the name on the card lor.....Its what you filled when you applied for the card.

Post Office or ATM machines also can....look behind the bill it should say where u can pay, and method of payment

M2U only can pay from savings.

u can assume almost none that is going to take amex.

its true, as far as i know, we can't unless we apply for new card...and most of the time, they will just guess what name is best to put there if we didnt mention it in the application form (usually happens when apply through agents at shopping mall etc. since most of the time they will fill up the form for u)..

just wondering, if my name is azam and i put in steven gerrard as name on card, will they do it?

tried with Visa/Master. It went thru but will charge processing fees, cant remember how much. hvnt tried Amex b4 tho.

it sounds like the purpose of that field "name on card" is intended to do. but donno the bank accept or not

Don't think it is possible? Your name appear on card must be some name related to you? You put Dr. Mathathir , i don't think they will approve it.

The 1-for-1 deal at La Bodega is only applicable to the original Amex Platinum Credit Card and Amex Platinum Charge Card. Maybankard 2 Platinum Amex is not entitled to this offer. It is clearly stated in the T&Cs.

Regardless. When i called and checked with CS, CS gave me the wrong information, which i relied upon, then it is truly their fault. Further, if the brochure was only intended to be for the Amex, by putting the advertisement of Duo card at the end of the brochure is misleading.
