Yup I had this experience when I bought from "tiaptiaphari" <english> site. They will sent a confirmation email with a link and I need to go to that link to print out the voucher. Wondering under which topic I can post this to warn others. And not willing to honour their claim of 100% money back guarantee for un-used voucher to unsatisfied customer.

Just opened a 12 month OCBC FD account today with RM15K deposit. I got my first application rejected sometime around march, now since OCBC is giving promotion rate of 3.6% for their FD, might as well open FD with them and reapply the TMC. I apply via pay slip. My anual income is much more than required for the card as well. Any idea what are the chances of getting approved and the expected CL?
*
My application was rejected previously, after I made an appeal, my CC agent told me that some of the staff who handle your application would simply approve or reject. I'm quite surprised she told me this, 2 days later my application was approved, get the card within a week, CL is 2X salary.

Nope, I appeal via my CC agent.

Before I called my CC agent, had tried contact their CS, but their CS insists that there is no way to appeal as the bank's decision is final. That fella even advice me to reapply after few months.

Then I contact my CC agent, she appeal for me immediately. So better don't waste your money calling CS, they can't help to resubmit your application or appeal for you.

normal human behavior, the CS 'wont' benefit directly if ur application is approved. compare that to the CC agent, who will get direct benefit by earning commission from your CC approval. laugh.gif

I patronised a Chinese medicine shop in Bandar Puteri Puchong 2 months ago. I cannot remember the name of the shop but it is located near the public library. The shop also sells some groceries. My transaction was given 5% cash back.

That was when the Supermarket was separated from the Dept Store.

As of today re-opening, both Supermarket and Dept Store is housed together like in Midvalley, Sunway, etc, so it could be possible that they have consolidated the Credit Card terminals under a single MCC code.

For MAXIS postpaid paid via UOB Payonline, you'll get 5%. I've been doing to for my dad for a few months now smile.gif
