T&C : http://www.ocbccards.com.my/tnc/tncTheCurve.aspx

My Analysis
1. Maximum cash-back per transaction is RM200 (aka RM1000 dining spend)
2. Cash Rebate RM30,000 allocated per month, based on first come, first served basis.
3. The earlier you swipe in that month, most likely you could get 20% Bonus Cash Back whistling.gif
4. The Eligible Cardmember will receive notification of the Bonus Rebate, if any, on the next working day via SMS

how to check whether we get 5 or 1% at each place we go???

any hints???
*
Use logic....

Added on March 14, 2011, 11:45 pmI would suggest to use Maybankard2 AMEX on weekends at Jusco... Using OCBC at Jusco is risky... unless you call OCBC CS to verify the exact Jusco Supermarket location is using what MCC

does anyone knows if paying for UniFi is eligible for the 5% cashback offer from OBCB Ti MC?

if it does, where should i pay?

online (via the UniFi portal/website), or TMpoint machines?

kindly advise.

thanks a lot guys!
*
I think paying via TMPoint should entitle to 5% Cash Back.
Paying via TMOnline portal is definitely a 5% Cash Back

maybe OCBC met their quota already in issuing CC & want to serve their customer well. hmm.gif

i must say their autopay is quite efficient. my maxis bill out on 14th march, they paid maxis on 16th march. shocking.gif
*
It's not necessary OCBC being efficient, it's Maxis who is quick in getting the $$$

You can setup TM as a Payee... but it won't appear when you pay via OCBC Credit Card.

@Human Nature:
1. There are cases such as Carrefour Tropicana City Mall gets 1% rebate eventhough it's should be under Grocery.

2. The MCC code is programmed into the EDC terminal by merchant bank. The cashier wont know the MCC.

Certain months have 28/29/30/31 days ..thus the due date varies by 1-2 days from month to month.

I always keep a close eye on my CC usage to ensure I'm within safe limit of the RM50 rebate cap. Spend over doesn't get nothing but diluted rebate percentage ;-)
