QUOTE(yhanwong @ Jul 7 2011, 08:37 AM) hi, maybe this is my first time bad experience with ocbc. I have the same experience too, delay only happen at night time. If you use their internet banking at day time, it won't have such problem.the problem is the delay.. the sms is delay. not i dun prefer sms OTP. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

Guys, I've made payment for last month statement on last Monday via cash deposit machine, I checked my current credit limit reduced to the same amount as last month end, is it normal? Or they haven't reset the credit limit?

QUOTE(calvinsn @ Aug 18 2011, 10:12 PM) Just opened a 12 month OCBC FD account today with RM15K deposit. I got my first application rejected sometime around march, now since OCBC is giving promotion rate of 3.6% for their FD, might as well open FD with them and reapply the TMC. I apply via pay slip. My anual income is much more than required for the card as well. Any idea what are the chances of getting approved and the expected CL? My application was rejected previously, after I made an appeal, my CC agent told me that some of the staff who handle your application would simply approve or reject. I'm quite surprised she told me this, 2 days later my application was approved, get the card within a week, CL is 2X salary. |

QUOTE(calvinsn @ Aug 18 2011, 11:08 PM) Nope, I appeal via my CC agent. Before I called my CC agent, had tried contact their CS, but their CS insists that there is no way to appeal as the bank's decision is final. That fella even advice me to reapply after few months. Then I contact my CC agent, she appeal for me immediately. So better don't waste your money calling CS, they can't help to resubmit your application or appeal for you. |

QUOTE(ronnie @ Dec 23 2011, 12:29 AM) I receive the same RM5 (wasted didn't win RM50 or RM5000) Congrats! RM5 is better than earn nothing. This payout is for swipe in the week from 5 December 2011 to 11 December 2011. I only swiped 2 times in that week... DAMN LUCKY !!! That's from the Festive Year End Promo http://www.ocbccards.com.my/festive.aspx |

QUOTE(unknowmaster @ Feb 23 2012, 09:46 PM) Indeed it is the strictest. my UOB and OCBC application submitted with same doc. UOB approved and OCBC rejected. Took me 1 month plus to get OCBC to approve my card. Finally my effort paid off ;D If you don't have any credit cards previously, it's likely that ocbc will reject your application. After second attempt, they will approved. |
