Which DBKL confirm 5%? Went to Old Klang Road branch but got 1% only. Can complain ar?

My 5% cashback is short by 8 cents. I added one by one manually manually and considered the round out effect. All transactions fall under the 5% catogery.

i've spend more than 2k and wat a waste as the big amount was the autopay for one of my many insurances(4), which i didnt knw it suppose to be paid this mth and so happen within billing period of this mth.

If you have an OCBC account, you can just do an internal transfer online. Alternatively, you can also make the payment by cheque (mail it to them or drop it via their cheque deposit machine), cash (via their cash deposit machine or counter) or IBG (Interbank GIRO).
