I think the Setia brand is strong but could be better if the name of the phase is more high
end like Ludwiga, Grasilis etc. Huan Xi and whatever nots agree that it is not appealing.
Sounds like certain shallow individual cannot accept it?

No investors will complain about how it's named when the gains r great nor will any buyers/home owners mind that coz to afford a RM1.1mil & above house, these people r definitely not shallow. Congrats to those that hv secured their units!!

Clearity of the water is extremely important to this waterfront development.
If teh tarik type water quality occured, will be very sad to the islands unit owner.

Probably nicer names could have made this property appreciate by another 10%. In marketing,
appealing name counts. Hopefully the next phase will have better names, more international
and upmarket name will enhance SEG appreciation.

Eco Glades is a fantastic name!

Up by 20% is crazy, will only drive buyers away. <= 10% is just nice.

New phase with 20% price increase must come with better design with larger BU n land area...

Wht so international or upmarket about Suria & Citra? These r regular names u can find everywhere. And u might just wanna do some homework about them in Temasya, Glenmarie. Check on how much Suria & Citra have appreciated. Nothing to do with the names pls...

There is a thread on the highest capital appreciated properties in malaysia. But the fastest: temasya glenmarie by I&P. nobody can beat that. Almost 100% appreciation in 2 years plus. tongue.gif

Don't think nicer names can make a project appreciate by 10% or even 5%. Change of address may be. Kerinchi to Bangsar South, Segambut Dalam to MK etc. Nevertheless, it still has to be backed up by good projects, developers, accessibility.

I went to their showroom yesterday, the LV leftover units mostly are near to putrajaya hw or facing west. Pricing start from 1.1 mil onward, the price is ok but I wonder how efficient is the sound barrier wall, although the buffer from the hw and house is about 80ft.

Expect first few islands will have, but number of units capped at 20+.

The last phase of island link villa, likely selling higher than brother Soros007's semi D. Of course, confirm different design & build up.
