I see Cyberjaya an ideal place to stay, regardless of working @ Cyberjaya or KLCC!

We went home from Cyberjaya Lake Gardens, GPS diverted us to Puchong Aman Putra. Fainted, so many traffic.

Some people comment we are going to pay toll everyday. BUT without MEX, I will not buy Cyberjaya.

Well, my office is in KLCC which I hardly go. Yes, MEX and Lingkaran Putrajaya really changed my perception about southern Puchong and Cyberjaya. Although you do get slight congestion going into Tun Razak, you don't have to endure horrendous LDP or Elite/NKVE anymore. smile.gif

Any idea when is the direct access into Lingkaran Putrajaya by SEG will be ready for construction?

Clarify further since so many doubt my statement.

This corner unit is beside the club house. Land size (26 + 10) x 95 Bumi price RM 1.2 M+

7% discount for Bumi. The guy is interested. But not sure whether booking confirmed.

Anyway, RM 1.2 M+ can also buy completed Garden Residences semi D loh.
