i tot the increase is only 6 %???

I 2nd tht.

Almost completely gone. The last 50% remaining will b HOT. Lots r interested during the showcase over d weekend. I think people will do whatever it takes to get the remaining linked villas.

Not sure about pre-lunch. Asked the sa but i was told that's the price as i have gone through all the booked units as well. The price seems like up 100k even the worst units that backing the highway. However, i was told it is likely that SPS may give 2% rebate when it is officially open for sales since the first x units openned now are just for " preview" with indicative price. Techinically 10k booking without any obligation.

To be exact, 8% increase. Luckily not too much. Specification is exactly the same.

I don't like paper profit. I want a quality community.

Not sure. But I believe this should be the last 50+ units.

Future launch should be different type of link villa.
