I went to their showroom yesterday, the LV leftover units mostly are near to putrajaya hw or facing west. Pricing start from 1.1 mil onward, the price is ok but I wonder how efficient is the sound barrier wall, although the buffer from the hw and house is about 80ft.

I brought my cheque book to the sales gallery and planned to book a lv early this week, but to my dismay, only unit 2A and 12A are left and all others leftover units are west facing. no choice have to put me into waiting list.

wonder what's the price psf for the condo, if <450psf for unit >1500psf, definitely i will get one for own stay. but too good to be true?

I went to cb property fair last week and visited SEC, SH & Areca's booths. Quite tempted to book an island LV at SEC, but the design is a little bit turned me off. 4% discount for the compensation of the DIBS..
LiuLi 2 LV only left 4 units of corners/end lots and 1 unit immediate facing T junction... |
