Hmmm. Cyberjaya can grow into very modern and high end place but i believe need more than 10-15 years for this. Everything depends on demand. For that amount of time, I rather invest and also stay somewhere else. My money will grow faster. By the time you wait for 10-15 years, probably other places like Setia Alam or Semenyih already developed kaw kaw. Ask yourself, " why since 1997, people kept on talking about how ong and hebat Cyberjaya will be but until 2012, where are all the developments?". People never talks about Puchong in 1997. in 2003 also some people said bandar puteri was a cowboy town. but now Puchong growing very2 fast. Where is cyberjaya's development as compared to other towns? talk only but so far nothing.

Yeah, concept looks good. But the others might not be as good as the concept. For me, I will pass it. I went for a drive in cyberjaya after that. I can see SS, D'Pulze, Sky Park all on the way. smile.gif Went to puchong too. Th Wharf already 4 storeys, lake side and The millenia on flat land. IOI city mall near serdang is done with basement (I think). A lot of malls coming up

i realized any take over projects from another developer to another developer will be like this. In Saujana Puchong, my dad's friend's house got only 1 point for all electricals including ceiling. huhu.

RM 1 million link is normal in good location already. With good developer with good concept, lagi la. 7 years ago, people thought RM 1 million semi-d was gila.

IMHO, landed properties in KV will be considered a luxury to have and I believe all landed in good locations will be justifiable at RM 1 million. Now we are seeing a few places with that price tag. not just setia eco glades.
