No luck to kena premium unit during ballot. Even good drop out also kena snapped by brother Soros007 liao. Haha.

Just to share, the mainland intermediate link villa, price difference is up to RM 200k, depends on different location.

Who knows 5 yrs from now an islands unit with 3 storey LV selling at Rm 2.0mil? smile.gif
In fact someone showed me the other day that 3 storey LV in Setia Alam is selling at Rm 1.6/8mil depends on land size.

That unit is Rm 1.13mil and backing Liu Li garden.
Everything is nice except number of rooms is too little (3) .
Maid got to stay in orchard garden with camp liau. lol

Most likely own stay, not entirely sure yet. I'm in the IT and I spend a lot of time in CBJ, so it actually makes sense for me to stay here. 😊
