I think there will be pro more than cons. If SEG is accessible, the public will get to see how beautiful SEG is, provided they maintain Eco Park Standard. What you don't want is, if a place is beautiful it is not accessible for people to appreciate and dream of owning a home there say like Sierramas; beautiful inside but not talked about. Compared to Desa PC, it is also open to Public and look how much unlucky it has generated; otherwise it would have still been perceived as Kepong Pak Siti.

All provided SPS makes common road n landscape nice or else the impact ll be terbalik. SEG has its chance because of it development masterplan like dpc. The rest of the development in ciber has no advantage like this.
