The house length - 52.6 car park - 17.7 (exclude the front porch). what im trying to say is.. the 95' doesn't really apply to the house length. is this true ? Attached thumbnail(s)

Liu Li Garden 26*95 you mei, when i look at the plan, macam not that big. 95 ft deduct car park.. rear garden then seems like normal house 75' size. am i right ?
