At least the development site has good infrastructures nearby & not developed on muddy areas without roads

any one know what is the development on the opposite side of SEG?

We visited Tropicana Height site.

Your reason is the main reason I am not considering, although the price is "cheaper".

Fishkor is abs correct. It has to be jus reasonable trees ll do. Too many over grown trees at dpc is the problem now. Management corp/jmb headache as it is not cheap to trim. It reaches many houses or cause many ccommon areas no sunlight (which causes many subsequent issues).

Got ppl flipping multimillions land also. Like some ppl flipping penny stocks, some flip high priced blue chips.

What i am trying to say is own stayers tend to think long term, i.e. to the extend the branches of the trees grow to the house. Short term flipper dont think that.

Tropicana Height @ Kajang we also dare not flip.

For terminate TNB/Syabas, try get your property agent to do it if they are willing to provide that extra mile .

With DIBS ceasing and banks only giving net loan after developers' discount, rebates and everything. I think there will be very few new launches this year. SEG may withhold their launches till 2015. With less high end supply coming in and with rapid development in CBJ, Chinese School, Sepang, KLIA 2, Puchong South, Putrajaya etc, it will help existing buyers as there is less competition but more demand. But I guess those that VP in 2014 and 2015 will be challenging a bit. 2016 and beyond should be good as there will be more leisure component and CBJ turning into a great place to work and live.
