I thought if a subscriber is being migrated to a new equipment, it will only happens once (probably 2 hours downtime).
But I read subscribers are affected every night. Are they migrating the same subscriber every night to different equipment?
Furthermore, they should inform the subscribers affected that their connection will be down from what time to what time so that the subscribers know what to expect.
No planning???

Then probably you need to include hourly SpeedTest data as evidence !
BU & USJ also like that?
Did you check around neighbours/relatives/friends around your area?
Can't be right, they should be using different equipment....
Oh, could it be TM use Streamyx port for UniFi, and at the same time setup UniFi port & migrate over??
Kind of unfair isn't it?
I stay at Bukit Rimau, I'm pretty sure both Kota Kemuning + Bukit Rimau has lots of UniFi users, but I never encounter slow-down at night.
In fact, it's getting more stable where my IP won't change unless I manually change it.
I thought you already a VIP5 user? Add another one to download kuat-kuat?!

Yes, I asked my friends same questions and guess what all 4 area(initial launching of HSBB) which consist of Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, TTDI, Bangsar already been migrated...Guess that will answer your questions why you never encounter slow speed..
