Havent posted here in awhile, just thought i'd share my current problem with my Unifi..
On 26/3 (Sat) my unifi went offline by itself in the evening, phone line not working as well.. hence i made a complaint report to TM. They will send a technician over on 2nd April (6days wait). The following day (Sunday) my unifi+phone came back on around 6pm, and got cut off again around ~3am. Same thing happened on Monday and Tuesday,~6pm - ~3am. Wednesday - wasn't a lucky day..unifi+phone was down the whole day. Thurs (today) - came back on ard the same time (6pm) , and im typing this now, not sure if it'll go off again at 3am or not. Why is this pattern happening?? My hardware seems to be ok.. i called TM a few times..and as usual they couldn't give me a reason or anything. Noone else seems to be experiencing this weird patterns..i hope my account or BTU didnt kena hack or something. sigh. Any feedback would be good. Thanks. |

After more then a week my IPTV turned off decided to watch today. To my shock I'm getting all the channels. Even premium channels like BBC lifestyle, BBC knowledge, Bloomberg, Warner tv, universal channel etc.
Why? Free for promo or just a system fault? |

guys, i also noticed yesterday tat my speed dropped from 4-5MB (<7pm) to 1-2MB (>8pm). Speed decreasing at night is quite common when i had Streamyx as well. So should we b complaining to TM about this peak hour decrease in speed?

Anyone notice there's an USB on the TV box? any idea what is it for? As for the DiR-615, there's also an USB there, does anyone tried to use it as NAS?

Woah I just got a call from TMnuts today and guess what they told me bout the slow speeds at night?
Roughly translated from BM to English-- CS: Sorry sir, there seem to be some sort of congestion at your area. We're in the process or fixing it and doing migration. Me: Okay so how long is this going to take? CS: There's no timeframe for now sir. Me: What??!? The Internet is now lagging during the hours when I want to use the most and you tell me there's no timeframe? If I have to wait for too long I'll seriously report to MCMC. CS: Okay sir, I'll include this in the remarks. Seriously guys, I urge all of you who's currently suffering from the slow internet speed at night to complain to Tmnet and threaten to report to MCMC, newspaper or whatever. These companies won't hurry their @$$es if there's no pressure!!!! QUOTE(rattan @ Apr 1 2011, 02:18 AM) After more then a week my IPTV turned off decided to watch today.
