I understand.
Just assume that i want to use my own gateway IP and i dont wanna to use my fixed IP as my gateway IP.
This can be done with my previous setup (streamyx fixed ip enterprise package).
Simply plug and play is working, but i want to set static ip for all pcs in my office.

Thanks again.

EDIT: It is working now... i am using Dynamic PPPOE instead of Static PPPOE and it solves the problem.
*
Its good that you manage to get it working again... happy unifi rclxms.gif

hard to sell i think... BTU got lifetime warranty, router got 1 year but it's problematic router, i dont' think ppl will buy the same router to replace it. The set-top box also got warranty right? That one won't spoil so soon i think... I will conclude to say it's hard to sell. Coz got problem just call tm and ask for replacement. If router broken just get substitute for it, won't use back that idiotic DIR615 which dc as it likes and restart when it wants...

i noticed that when leaving my pc idle, it constantly downloading 859 Bytes per sec and uploading 774 B/s.
Is this normal for unifi?

i have a software called bandwidth monitor..
even without the software, if you just use the standard windows Internet Connection icon, you can see that the total downloads are increasing bit by bit slowly..

Probably a malware running some funny script in the background. Scan?

it might be DHCP that keeps sending data to router just to keep track whether your ip is alive or not.. just my assumptions.. tongue.gif

can u try to confirm this?

try not to download anything, just leave it idle and then check your "Internet connection" icon and see if total bytes download is increasing slowly?

Not DHCP, likely some software in the background. Run wireshark to check

may i know whether the rm200 installation fee waived by TM includes any extension and drilling for wiring for landed properties?
I am worried there's xtra charges for those things on top of the rm200 waived.
