hello guy
want to ask some weird weird question.
im a registered streamyx user for over 2 years , so im moving to my aunt house in PJ (which she migrated to AU) and im trying to apply VIP10 package on that house.
Checked the availability on that area but 1 thing bother me, the previous tenant was staying there around 5-6 years ago, kinda forget to terminate the streamyx and didn't pay the bill.
So my question is will i have to clear the bill in order to apply install at PJ house?
i been checking around , that i need some "geran" to prove that my aunt rented the house to me in writing form.
Do i need my aunt signature?
but since im a streamyx user , the profile or debt is based on the person that register the streamyx right? so it shouldn't affect me anyway?

Added on March 25, 2011, 1:26 pmu sign up at tm point or agent? i sign up at the berjaya time square booth there... there were show casing on the ground floor. i was kinda in a rush so i just habis register then walk away liao. forget to tick a few option as well to terminate the streamyx... after they install the unifi then go to TM point there and terminate it myself...much more secure. |

damn TM being trying to apply for UNIFI end up only next door can install but not my house...
so freaking weird....just no luck with unifi...even is SK as well...
Unifi only for apartment not for landed in SK....

how long does it take to terminate a line a?
if i terminate my line this week do i have to pay the bill for this month??
